About The Artist

I am Sussex born and bred, and based near Eastbourne. I create art as a hobby in my spare time. I have always enjoyed art and design since school, mainly centred on woodwork and product design. I have inherited my love of design from family members, particularly one who designed jet engines for Rolls Royce.

My artwork is created mainly with oil pastels and graphite pencils, which I have practiced with a lot during the last year, but recently I have started working with acrylic paint. My style centres around crisp contrasts and idyllic scenery. Commissions are welcome.

About The Artist

A self taught artist, Glen has painted and drawn from an early age. He has gained inspiration from the natural landscape; wide open spaces, coast, moorlands and the Downs. Glen enjoys sketching and painting places which he visited as a child and more recently with his own family.

Working mainly in acrylics, Glen seeks to capture atmosphere, mood and light in his paintings. His style is meticulously detailed and this is achieved through a combination of accurate drawing skills, followed by overpainting using pallet knife work and base colours to influence the layers above.

About The Artist

Born in 1988 in West Sussex, Ashley was raised in an artistic family. Having grown up surrounded by art it was only natural that Ashley would pursue this line of work.

A painter, photographer and qualified solicitor (a somewhat unusual combination) Ashley Cordwell decided that the urge to return to the Arts was undeniable whilst working in London and so began to sell some of his portfolio of photographs which he had accumulated throughout his travels.

His style tends to focus on the unusual and interesting street scenes in Europe, South America and Northern Africa. Printed on Canson Baryata photographic paper and mounted with thick Conservation Grade mountboard these fine art photographic prints look stunning when framed and displayed. In particular the automotive series has proved popular and there is also a large oversize edition available on some pieces.
