About The Artist

I am a self taught artist having been painting for the past 10 years. I enjoy painting in both watercolour and, more recently, acrylics. I tend, being primarily a watercolour artist, to use similar techniques when painting in acrylics and enjoy the boldness of their colours and the vibrancy they produce. I have no formal artistic training but merely took up the brush when diagnosed with an illness which incapacitated me for a time. I enjoy painting local scenes in watercolour but most of my acrylics come from the brush itself.
